Exercise helps the mind in several ways, especially given the fact that the brain is a physical organ. When we’re facing a challenge that’s psychological, it can be easy to assume that the solution must start with a mental focus. Yet, sometimes, the most effective solution is to switch our focus to the physical and be more confident that a change of mind will follow.
