Built on what makes teams thrive.
More than two decades in senior leadership, including as Commercial Director and General Manager at L'Oréal, gave Cass Coulston a love of business and a front-row view of what makes teams succeed: clarity of purpose, real alignment, genuine connection and the courage to debate. She saw how much potential sits in the space between people, and how a system can either lift everyone or quietly hold them back.
Alongside that career, Cass took on a PhD at King's College London, researching how global, virtual and hybrid teams perform and thrive at the same time.
The evidence became the foundation of Beacon's purpose: to bring senior commercial experience, rigorous psychology and human-centred coaching to enable leaders and teams to outperform and flourish at the same time.
